Job summary

Tsuga is seeking a senior GTM Enablement Lead to shape and run the sales enablement program across regions. You will embed MEDDPICC, prepare talking tracks, and align product, marketing, and sales to drive observability, APM, and AI-native positioning.

You will partner with teams to build scalable enablement, run certifications, and coach regional sellers. Expect travel for regional kickoffs and offsites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, including 4+ years leading sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Structure and deliver Tsuga'sSales enablement program end to end, from onboarding to ongoing skills development.
