Databricks is seeking a senior enablement leader to design and ship AI-native, targeted enablement for GTM and seller roles across regions. You will own strategy, plan, processes, and an engine to turn globally applicable enablement into personalized tracks by role, tenure, and industry.

You’ll collaborate with Global Sales Enablement and regional teams, building apps, skills, content, and automated processes that drive faster ramp, higher productivity, and improved pipeline metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a GTM role (sales/pre-sales) or product enablement for a technical data/AI platform.
• Strong fluency in data/AI landscape and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Hands-on builder who ships apps, skills, content, and AI-driven processes.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Bias for action with ability to pilot and iterate quickly.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, plan, process, and engine that enables GTM motions and skills-based enablement across sales and sales development roles.
• Build the AI-native system that adapts globally applicable enablement into personalized tracks by role, tenure and industry.
• Build hands-on apps, agents and skills, content, and automated processes, all AI-first, piloting and iterating fast.
• Partner with teams that create globally applicable enablement to plug into your adaptation engine.
• Coordinate with regional teams to pilot, refine, and localize outputs.
• Install operating rigor, cadence, metrics, and reviews, creating a two-way feedback loop with field.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders and senior sales leaders on the model and priorities.
