Job summary

Copado is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate an end-to-end enablement program. You will own programs that determine whether the GTM org is ready for what's next and effective at what it does daily.

You will report to the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations, partnering with People, Product, and GTM teams, and lead a small team turning enablement into a durable system. The role focuses on GTM readiness and effectiveness, coaching, and a technology-enabled

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in sales enablement, sales training, or go-to-market roles.
• Proven ability to scale enablement in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience with sales methodologies and coaching frameworks.
• Experience leading a small team and tying enablement to pipeline outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the enablement program end to end from needs assessment to rollout and measurement.
• Lead GTM readiness for major launches with Product Marketing and Product for certifications and playbooks.
• Own the sales methodology and coaching framework for frontline managers.
• Define and govern the GTM technology stack and adoption.
• Define the metrics to prove program effectiveness and report to GTM leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team.
