Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a GTM Enablement Program Manager for Solutions & Product to architect and deliver structured learning journeys, translate complex product and AI capabilities into field-ready playbooks, and connect enablement execution to revenue outcomes.

You will partner with Product, PMM, and global GTM leaders to drive end-to-end enablement across SDRs, AEs, SEs, and Services, with a focus on ramp time, win rates, and ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in sales enablement, technical enablement, or GTM learning design in enterprise SaaS, data, or platform environments.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end enablement plans, learner journeys, and measure business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design learning journeys and field playbooks for core platform releases, data capabilities, and AI features.
• Enable the full GTM engine by mapping capabilities to role-specific behaviors across SDRs, AEs, SEs, and Services.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches by translating roadmaps into field-ready certifications and programs.
• Deliver interactive workshops, demo practice, and knowledge checks—in person and virtual.
• Drive program management to keep multi-stakeholder initiatives on track and measure ROI.
