Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or related roles.
• Proven ability to consolidate fragmented enablement activities into a scalable COE.
• Strong understanding of revenue operating models, GTM motions, and sales methodology.
• Experience partnering with senior Sales and Revenue leadership to improve seller performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead GTM Enablement COE strategy aligned to RevOps operating model and commercial goals.
• Deliver role-based onboarding, ramp, certification, and skill development programs.
• Translate priorities into clear field execution plans with CRM and process alignment.
• Oversee development of enablement assets like playbooks, scripts, and messaging.
• Drive adoption of tools, workflows, and AI-enabled productivity capabilities.
• Establish leading indicators and measures for readiness, adoption, and impact.
• Lead cross-functional change management across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Learning.
