Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager to own the end-to-end GTM onboarding and enablement programs across regions. You’ll build structure, coordinate calendars, and drive consistency as the team scales.

You’ll manage onboarding cohorts, create learning content, maintain certifications, and track KPIs with dashboards. Collaboration spans RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales, and People to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Experience running onboarding, training or enablement programmes in a fast-moving GTM environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead live sessions.
• Experience developing training materials and e-learning content.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as WorkRamp.
• Bonus: experience supporting a company-wide event (e.g., SKO).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding cohorts across regions, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience.
• Develop training content and keep content up-to-date in WorkRamp and Enablement OS.
• Coordinate certifications and enablement launches with milestones and follow-ups.
• Maintain dashboards and OKRs to measure ramp and performance.
• Own enablement operations: track OKRs, calendars, dependencies, and timelines.
• Support major enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off.
