Job summary

CDW LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to provide strategic and operational leadership across a 24/7 global security footprint. You will oversee staffing, technology platforms, budgets, and crisis response, while delivering timely intelligence and security communications to executives and coworkers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s with 7 years in security/GSOC including 3 years in leadership, familiarity with Genetec, and strong decision-making in crises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of security/GSOC experience, including 3 years in people leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of security technologies including next-generation access control, video analytics and identity solutions.
• Experience in incident response and crisis management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and law enforcement.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center.
• Lead enterprise incident and crisis management activities and post-incident reviews.
• Facilitate executive crisis management bridge calls and maintain situational awareness.
• Oversee intelligence gathering and threat monitoring across platforms and feeds.
• Oversee security communications and alerts to leadership and coworkers.
• Manage GSOC staffing, training, and performance management.
• Oversee GSOC technology platforms including access control and video management.
• Develop and manage GSOC budgets, contracts, and SLAs.
• Pair with IT, Legal, Facilities, and Business Continuity to align priorities.
