Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Manager for its Global Security Operations Center to lead 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and intelligence efforts across the globe. You will drive program maturity, scale operations, and align security with business priorities, ensuring resilience across facilities, data centers, and construction sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GSOC/Corporate Security Operations.
• 2–3+ years leading shift-based teams.
• Experience managing contracted security personnel and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of GSOC technology and tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Crusoe's 24/7/365 Global Security Operations Center.
• Oversee incident response, crisis management, and escalation procedures.
• Drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee intelligence and situational awareness programs.
• Lead staffing, vendor management, and performance KPIs for the GSOC.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2.
