Job summary

CDW seeks a Senior Manager for Global Security Operations Center to lead a 24/7 enterprise GSOC across a global footprint. You will direct incident response, crisis management, and threat intelligence with a focus on risk reduction and business continuity.

In this role you’ll manage staffing, budgets, technology platforms, and vendor relationships, while aligning security operations with executive strategy and ISO/compliance requirements. This is a high-visibility leadership position at CDW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of security leadership experience.
• Experience leading 24/7 operations and incident response.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and law enforcement.
• Knowledge of security technologies: access control, video analytics, and identity solutions.
• Genetec certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Oversee GSOC staffing, training, and performance management.
• Lead enterprise incident and crisis management activities, including threat assessment and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate intelligence gathering and threat monitoring activities with relevant platforms.
• Develop and disseminate security communications and alerts to leadership and staff.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Legal, and Business Continuity to align security with enterprise priorities.
• Lead after-action reviews to strengthen preparedness and resilience.
