Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Manager to lead a shift-based GSOC team, shaping program strategy and ensuring secure operations for global client locations. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, policy development, and rapid response to security events.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in corporate security with GSOC experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with risk platforms such as Everbridge, Dataminr, and NC4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, IT, Communications or related field; or an Associates with 5+ years in GSOC.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate security management or related role.
• Minimum 3 years GSOC experience focusing on intelligence, brand protection, and travel security.
• Experience with Everbridge Suite, Dataminr, NC4 or similar risk management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and capability to manage security technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GSOC program operations and partner with client leadership on program management.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve GSOC training, work instructions, and protocols.
• Supervise analysts, manage performance, and implement development plans.
• Maintain GSOC knowledge resources and ensure accurate, accessible information for operators.
• Provide first-line supervision and ensure coverage and scheduling for GSOC personnel.
• Ensure quality control of GSOC products and incident reports.
• Maintain situational awareness and escalate to client stakeholders as needed.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews with staffing and cost recommendations.
• Draft concise incident reports and support crisis communications and mass notifications.
