Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of 24/7 security operations across a global footprint.

This role serves as a primary decision-maker for global GSOC operations and is empowered to act on behalf of senior security leadership during their absence, including authority over incident response, staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience inclusive of at least 3 years of people leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of security tech including access control, analytics, and identity solutions.
• Experience with investigative tactics and coworker safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and law enforcement.
• Proven leadership with ability to direct and develop a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center.
• Lead enterprise incident and crisis management activities with cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate executive crisis management bridge calls and maintain incident documentation.
• Oversee threat monitoring using Genetec and related platforms for timely assessments.
• Develop security communications and alerts for leadership and staff.
• Manage GSOC staffing, training, and performance management.
• Oversee GSOC technology platforms, access control, video management, and mass notification.
• Develop and manage GSOC budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs.
• Align security operations with enterprise priorities and business continuity.
