Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Executive to lead the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), overseeing ARC, counterintelligence, threat analysis, and security technology to protect people, property, and operations worldwide.

Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, you will set strategy and operating model for a globally integrated GSOC, guide crisis response, and enable data-driven decisions with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in IT, cybersecurity, intelligence, or related fields.
• Executive leadership experience across security disciplines and global teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy and operating model for a globally integrated GSOC.
• Oversee ARC operations, counterintelligence, protective intelligence, threat analysis and security technology.
• Lead monitoring, escalation, and executive communications for security incidents and crises.
• Direct training, governance, metrics, and continuous improvement of GSOC processes.
