Crisis24 is seeking a seasoned GSOC Manager to oversee 24/7 monitoring and response operations across global facilities. You will lead analysts and supervisors, optimize incident response, and drive continuous improvements in security technologies and workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in security operations with GSOC experience, strong leadership, and expertise in threat intelligence, incident management, and communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in security operations, intelligence analysis, or emergency response (GSOC experience required).
• 2–4+ years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of GSOC technologies and incident management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily GSOC operations to ensure 24/7 situational awareness and rapid response.
• Oversee monitoring of global incidents, alarms, and intelligence feeds impacting personnel or facilities.
• Enforce SOPs, escalation protocols, and reporting requirements.
• Manage staffing, shifts, and workload to maintain coverage.
• Lead, train, and mentor GSOC staff and supervisors in security monitoring.
• Conduct performance reviews and professional development planning.
• Promote accountability, accuracy, and swift decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and HR.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries.
