Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead global GSOC and physical security programs. You will oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and intelligence coordination to support enterprise risk management and employee safety.

The role partners with Real Estate, IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance to strengthen security posture worldwide while guiding a high‑performing team and coordinating with external vendors and law enforcement where needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations, GSOC, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing a corporate security/GSOC team.
• Experience with global programs and senior leaders across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize GSOC operations delivering intelligence-led security services.
• Develop roadmaps & frameworks aligned to risk, travel security, and business continuity.
• Standardize SOPs, playbooks, KPIs, SLAs, escalation protocols acrossGSOC.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, and response coordination.
• Build a high-performing GSOC team with accountability and communication.
