Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Executive, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to lead a globally integrated security function. You will set the vision for crisis response, threat analysis, and security technology across ARC, counterintelligence, and protective intelligence.

Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, you will drive strategy and operating models for a scalable security program with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• BS with 12+ years in IT/cybersecurity or related field; executive track preferred.
• Demonstrated executive leadership across security disciplines and global teams.
• Experience with large budgets and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for a globally integrated GSOC.
• Lead enterprise GSOC with ARC, counterintelligence, and threat analysis.
• Oversee incident monitoring, escalation, and executive communications.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Compliance on insider threat and workplace violence.
• Direct training, governance, metrics, and global security technology.
