Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Global Security Operations Center Operations Manager to lead the daily GSOC and ensure continuous monitoring, incident response, and risk reporting across the enterprise. The role requires coordinating with regional security teams, vendors, and business partners to uphold safety and protect assets.

You will oversee operator performance, training, and quality control while driving improvements to procedures, metrics, and escalation protocols in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations, incident response, threat assessment, crisis support, and coordination across regional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage operational reporting, emergency communications, performance metrics, and executive dashboards to improve service quality.
• Lead staffing, training, and quality assurance for contract operators, and drive SOPs, performance metrics, and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align response capabilities with business needs and benchmark against industry best practices.
