You’ll collaborate with senior client stakeholders, translate data into action, and drive together with cross‑functional partners to meet service levels and protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Military, law enforcement, or corporate security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team across AMER/EMEA.
• Own staffing, scheduling, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Conduct performance evaluations with clear development plans.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• Maintain operational presence during high‑impact events.
• Deliver regular reports to leadership and clients.
• Oversee SOPs and continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
