Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, GSOC, SOC, or command center environments.
• Experience with security monitoring technologies and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations in a 24/7 monitoring environment.
• Supervise GSOC analysts in monitoring alarms, access control, and surveillance platforms.
• Evaluate alerts and incidents to determine appropriate response actions.
• Coordinate response activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Monitor threat intelligence feeds and provide shift briefings.
• Ensure adherence to GSOC policies and maintain readiness of systems.
