Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor to oversee 24/7 shift operations.

You will lead GSOC analysts, monitor alarms, access control, and surveillance, and coordinate incident response with internal teams and external agencies. The role requires strong leadership, incident response experience, and the ability to maintain documentation and escalate security events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in security operations, GSOC, SOC, or command center environments
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience with security monitoring technologies and incident response

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations in a 24/7 monitoring environment.
• Supervise and support GSOC analysts in monitoring alarms, access control, and surveillance platforms.
• Evaluate security alerts and incidents to determine response actions and documentation in the incident management system.
• Coordinate response activities and communications with internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
• Monitor threat intelligence and provide shift briefings and situational awareness updates.
• Ensure adherence to GSOC policies and readiness of systems and technology.
• Assist with incident investigations and post-incident reporting.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to procedures or technology.
• Support training, onboarding, and mentoring of GSOC analysts.
