Job summary

Securitas is seeking a GSOC Manager to lead watch-floor operations, oversee a 24/7 team of GSOC Supervisors, Security Operations Specialists, and Threat Intelligence Analysts, and drive performance and incident response across security platforms.

You will coordinate staffing, payroll, and ongoing training while ensuring adherence to SOPs and high-quality customer service. The role requires strong leadership and operational excellence in a security-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or related field (or equivalent operational experience).
• 5+ years in corporate security or emergency management with 3+ years leading a 24/7 GSOC or similar center.
• Experience managing frontline supervisors and large teams, staffing, payroll, and performance.
• Proven ability to manage operational metrics, SLAs, and UBOT targets below 0.5%.
• Strong technical familiarity with CCTV, IP access control, intrusion detection, and CEM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to shift-based GSOC teams 24/7/365.
• Lead people management: recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, performance, and career development.
• Develop staffing models and shift schedules balancing business needs and budget.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and workforce compliance.
• Drive performance reviews and development plans aligned with objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, quality, and productivity with UBOT ≤ 0.5%.
• Ensure SOPs and playbooks are followed and quality standards met.
• Foster high-performance culture and exceptional customer service.
• Act as incident commander during critical events and coordinate response.
