Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of GSOC analysts.
• Oversee 24/7 intelligence operations and incident response.
• Set priorities and ensure timely delivery of intelligence products.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, and processes.
• Provide intelligence briefings to client security and leaders.
• Serve as a trusted client liaison and anticipate evolving needs.
• Monitor program metrics, quality, and performance.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Backfill analyst shifts as needed and collaborate with global teams.
