Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead global GSOC and physical security programs, reporting to the Head of Global Corporate Security. You will oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and coordination across Real Estate, IT, HR, Legal, and InfoSec.

The role requires 5+ years in security operations, 3+ years managing teams, and a track record of partnering with leaders across countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in security operations or related field.
• 3+ years managing a team of security/GSOC professionals.
• Experience interfacing with senior leaders across countries and cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GSOC operations delivering intelligence-led security services.
• Develop roadmaps aligned to risk, crisis management and business continuity.
• Standardize SOPs, playbooks, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, escalation, and mass notification.
• Use after-action reviews to improve response and processes.
• Build and coach a high-performing GSOC team.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, IT, HR, Legal and Compliance.
• Design event security plans for major firm events with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate security measures for executives and travel.
