Job summary

Genpact in the United States seeks a Global Relationship Manager to lead strategic relationships with consumer products sales teams, shaping go‑to‑market strategies and profit­able commercial models that unlock growth.

You will build data‑driven plans, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Transformation groups, manage client issues, and present compelling business cases that demonstrate value across global accounts, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification (IT Service Management).
• Experience in CRM, sales strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with CPG sales organizations and grow revenue.
• Design commercial models and data strategies to guide promotions and planning.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to drive deals and delivery.
