Genpact LLC seeks a Global Relationship Manager to lead strategic relationships with consumer goods sales teams and shape go-to-market plans. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Digital functions to drive growth and win new deals.

You will develop data-informed strategies for promotional planning, create industry insights, and mentor a high-performing team while promoting trust and transparency in client relationships. Note: Los Angeles-based candidates are not eligible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance are required.
• MBA and/or Business Analytics credentials are preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Professional English proficiency (Advanced / C1) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with CPG sales organizations and create go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
• Develop data strategies that inform promotional planning and execution for clients.
• Lead the development of industry insights capabilities to enhance client value and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in Sales and Operations to build momentum for new deals and ensure successful deal conversion.
• Project manage cross-functional client issues, driving timely and effective responses.
