Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in the United States seeks a Global Relationship Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with sales teams, design go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth through innovative commercial models and data-driven planning.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Value Share, Transformation, and Digital groups to convert opportunities into deals, resolve cross-functional issues, and shape programs that maximize client value while improving process efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher degrees in commerce, economics or finance.
Graduate/MBA with analytics emphasis preferred.
Experience in building go-to-market and data-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with sales organizations, creating go-to-market strategies for business growth.
Design creative and profitable commercial models that enhance Genpact’s value proposition and drive revenue growth.
Build and implement data strategies to guide promotional planning and execution.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to generate momentum for new deals and ensure delivery.
Manage cross-functional client issues with timely responses and solutions.
