Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, INC. is seeking an International Operations Agent III to coordinate import/export shipments for the USA, ensuring timely loading, scheduling, and billing while liaising with customers and global partners.

Role requires 5+ years in air/ocean operations, familiarity with ITAR/DG/TSA, and Cargowise certifications; a high school diploma is required with preferred associate degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of air, ocean, import & export operations experience required.
• 7+ years in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• CCS-Cargowise Specialist and Cargowise Operator certifications required.
• Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of international shipments for USA operations.
• Prepare quotations and schedules; confirm loading, departures and arrivals.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to customers.
• Ensure shipments are billed and documented per company guidelines.
• Collaborate with customers and international partners to resolve problems.
