AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Ocean Operations Agent I to coordinate daily ocean import/export shipments from the USA. You will work with customers to capture requirements, prepare quotations, and move shipments through CargoWise.

The role involves tracking, scheduling, and communication with customers and international partners to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate day-to-day ocean import/export operations to meet customer requests.

• Process shipments in CargoWise with data entry, scheduling, AES, and bookings.
• Track shipments, communicate delays, and resolve issues with partners.
