Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process documents (classifications, invoices) with accuracy.
• Track bookings/shipments, update clients on status, dispatch for delivery, collect PODs and invoices.
• Bill/invoice files per terms; reconcile payables with vendors/overseas offices.
• Assist sales and managers in quotes; provide cost forecasting.
• Provide responsive customer service and maintain communication with truckers.
