Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling imports (air and/or ocean) or combination of education and expertise required.
• Experience and knowledge regarding imports, compliance, rules and regulations preferred.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process documents ensuring accuracy and proper sequencing.
• Process customs entries and verify release details for discrepancies.
• Track bookings/shipments, notify clients of status and collect PODs and invoices.
• Bill invoices with attention to payment terms and accuracy.
• Provide accurate job costing forecasts and manage payables/receivables per policy.
• Distribute timely customer service and coordinate with trucking for delivery.
