Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling imports (air and/or ocean) or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of US customs laws, practices and procedures preferred.
• Experience with import compliance and ISF is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process and review import documents for air and ocean shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, track and update customers on bookings, shipments and PODs; dispatch for delivery.
• Bill and invoice files with attention to payment terms and cost control.
• Resolve payables with vendors and overseas offices and assist with quotes.
• Provide responsive customer service and report on customer performance.
