You will lead cross-functional teams, manage branch workflows through dashboards, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with company and government standards. Base salary aligns with state pay transparency laws.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Freight Forwarding operations experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Must have advanced proficiency language (written and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee imports/exports via air/ocean and warehousing operations.
• Manage KPIs using operational and financial dashboards.
• Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and coach staff.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, warehousing and sales support to meet budgets.
