Job summary

FreightTAS in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive international air and ocean opportunities. You will identify new business, develop strategic partnerships, and grow revenue within the freight forwarding sector.

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding is required. You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain business development.
Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and transportation modes.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios within the freight forwarding industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
