FreightTAS is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive international air and ocean freight opportunities from its Atlanta base. You will identify new business, forge strategic partnerships, and grow revenue in the freight forwarding sector by delivering tailored logistics solutions.

The role requires at least 3 years of freight forwarding sales experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain business development.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and transportation modes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
