Jobgether is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Leader based in the United States to drive regional planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience in a high-growth technology software environment.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop dashboards and monthly results for leadership and Board.
• Analyze performance, identify variances, and make actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and commercial targets.
• Maintain and improve financial models and BI tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Accounting and Investor Relations teams.
• Improve financial controls and reporting efficiency.
• Prepare financial documents for IPO readiness.
