Remote is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a globally distributed tech organization. You will manage a team of analysts, build sophisticated financial models, and transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership and department heads.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A expertise with budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting.
• Experience in a tech/software business across multiple countries and currencies.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency for dashboards and analysis.
• MBA or Finance degree with professional certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning aligned with strategy.
• Deliver executive dashboards, Board materials and monthly results.
• Analyze performance, KPIs, variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive commercial and strategic analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting methods and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Accounting, Investor Relations on month-end close.
• Improve financial systems, processes and internal controls.
• Support IPO readiness through investor materials and filings.
• Lead and develop a regional team of analysts.
