Job summary

NetJets is seeking an International Trip Planner to review, plan, and execute international flights for NJA. You will coordinate ground handling, permits, fuel, and airport logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include cost estimation for owners, liaising with NetJets Europe and Executive Jet Management, and serving as the primary contact for crew and flight center teams on international flights.

Qualifications

• Experience in international flight operations including Customs and foreign travel requirements is a plus.
• Strong communications skills and ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing, 24x7x365 operation and manage diverse owner/crew needs.

Responsibilities

• Review international flights and develop solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Plan and monitor international handling logistics including customs, fuel, slots, permits, and ground services.
• Provide trip cost estimates and act as a primary contact for owner products and feasibility studies.
• Monitor daily international flight activities and communicate timely updates to customs and handlers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations and document deviations for decision-making.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
