Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an International Ops – Tactical International Planner to support the ITP Team. You will file legal flight plans, coordinate with foreign agencies, and arrange US customs clearances for international trips within 24 hours of departure.

You will communicate with internal teams and external groups, manage flight itineraries, and respond quickly to time-sensitive issues while maintaining thorough records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in aviation/logistics preferred.
• Understanding of international flight operations and regulations.
• Experience with flight planning and handling coordination.

Responsibilities

• File legal flight plans and coordinate with foreign handling agencies.
• Manage international trip details and customs clearances.
• Oversee same-day/next-day international flights and updates.
• Prepare international paperwork packets for crews.
• Communicate with Flexjet teams, vendors, and authorities.
• Maintain records and report safety or quality issues.
