Job summary

NetJets seeks a Global Communications Specialist to support planning, creation, and execution of communications that enhance the employee experience across NetJets Inc. and its portfolio brands.

This role develops clear messages for internal audiences via email, print, digital publications, multimedia channels, and company events. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across NetJets U.S., EJM, and NJE to align on business priorities and connect employees to the company’s mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing.
• 2–4 years of experience in communications.
• Experience developing internal/external campaigns and using multimedia channels.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and develops communications for internal departments and global partners, selecting appropriate channels based on audience and needs.
• Drafts content for Employees across multiple companies, functions, and locations.
• Supports events planning, logistics, and execution for company initiatives.
• Edits announcements, articles, digital content, and leadership messages for consistency and clarity.
• Creates templates to promote consistency across departments and global audiences.
