Job summary

Flexjet seeks a Global International Planner to coordinate comprehensive international flight planning for the U.S. fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations across global routes.

You will collaborate with internal teams to verify flight details, manage permits, PPRs, and visa requirements, and deliver timely trip briefings, while maintaining meticulous attention to schedules and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Dispatch License is preferred but not required.
• Business Aviation knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international aviation operations, including regulatory requirements and airport coordination.

Responsibilities

• US based role supporting the Flexjet US fleet and coordinating international flight planning and logistics.
• Plan, file, and update international flight plans in accordance with ICAO regulations.
• Manage customs/immigration, permits, and ground handling arrangements for international trips.
• Provide comprehensive trip briefings and ensure crew/passenger entry requirements.
• Communicate changes and disruptions to internal teams and external partners.
