Job summary

LV Aero, LLC seeks a Global International Planner to manage comprehensive international flight planning for the Flexjet U.S. fleet. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure flight information is accurate, timely, and compliant with operational requirements for safe, seamless global operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating permits, immigration, ICAO-compliant flight plans, and delivering trip briefings while ensuring entry/visa requirements are met for destinations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with international aviation operations and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of customs, immigration, airport coordination, and ground handling.
• Experience in flight planning and FAR Part 91/135/121.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international flight planning, including permits, slots, and fuel releases.
• Manage customs, APIS, and visa processes for crew and passengers.
• File and update international flight plans per ICAO regulations.
• Provide comprehensive trip briefings per SOPs.
• Ensure crew and passengers meet entry and visa requirements.
• Coordinate ground transportation and hotel accommodations as needed.
• Monitor weather and global events affecting operations.
• Communicate changes to internal teams promptly.
