Job summary

Affim, a remote-first company, seeks a Senior Financial Systems Leader to steer data, technology, and reporting across ERP and EPM platforms.

You will own end-to-end development, define architecture, build scalable integrations, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, compliance, and scalable growth.

This role partners with Accounting, Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver trusted data and automated processes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and operating enterprise ERP, financial systems.
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong API, data integration, and data quality skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across financial systems landscape.
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for ERP/EPM.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations across ERP/EPM/data platforms.
• Partner with VPs to align priorities and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure sustainability.
• Own team operations, monitoring, and on-call readiness.
• Establish code review and design standards across teams.
• Develop talent and foster accountability, collaboration, and growth.
