Job summary

Affim is seeking a senior leader to drive the Financial Systems team, owning architecture, integrations, and deployments across ERP and EPM platforms. You will partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to enable scalable data flows, governance, and reliable operations.

The role demands 10+ years of ERP leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and OneStream-like solutions, with a remote-first, nationwide working model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms (NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Anaplan).
• Understand governance, security, auditability, and data integrity in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape including architecture and deployment.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmaps for ERP and EPM platforms supporting cloud transformations.
• Architect and deploy scalable data integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with leadership to set a clear, shared roadmap for Financial Systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure technical sustainability and risk management.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and engineering standards.
• Own operations and system availability with monitoring, testing, and disaster recovery.
• Foster quality and ownership through code reviews and clear technical communication.
• Develop talent with feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities.
