Job summary

Affim is seeking a seasoned leader to own the Financial Systems data, technology, and reporting capabilities across global markets. You will drive modernization of ERP/EPM integrations, partner with senior leaders to set priorities, and ensure scalable, auditable processes with strong governance.

The role emphasizes building strong cross-functional partnerships, automating deployment, and delivering reliable financial systems that enable informed decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading design, implementation, and operation of ERP/financial platforms at scale.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms for close, consolidation, and planning.
• Strong understanding of P2P, R2R, O2C, and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including architecture and deployment.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmaps for global ERP/EPM platforms and cloud transformation.
• Architect and deploy scalable data integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting systems.
• Partner with VPs/Senior Directors to align priorities and roadmap for Financial Systems.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Own operations and availability, with monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on-call support.
• Establish code quality standards and drive technical discussions beyond your team.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
