Job summary

Affim is modernizing its financial systems to support global growth. The Financial Systems team will own data, technology, and reporting across ERP and EPM, including NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP, and OneStream.

You will drive scalable integrations, data quality, and governance in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. We look for leaders who can design robust architectures, mentor teams, and partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise ERP design, implementation and operation.
• Experience integrating ERP with EPM; NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP.
• Strong API and integration pattern knowledge (REST, SOAP, data flows).
• Deep understanding of accounting processes including P2P, R2R, O2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape.
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for ERP/EPM.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse.
• Collaborate with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities and roadmap.
• Ensure monitoring, operations, and on-call readiness for business continuity.
