Job summary

Affim is a remote-first company seeking a senior leader to own the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms. You will drive architecture for global ERP/EPM, build scalable integrations, and lead a high-performing team across Finance, Product, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and automated release processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and operational excellence in a publicly traded setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Ability to develop integrations between ERP and EPM platforms to support consolidation, close, intercompany accounting, planning, forecasting, and regulatory disclosures.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, close, reporting, planning).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development activities across the financial systems landscape, including architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms, supporting cloud transformations.
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable data integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap for Financial Systems.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure technical sustainability and manage risks and dependencies.
• Own team operations and system availability with monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on-call readiness.
• Foster code quality and design standards and communicate technically across teams.
• Develop talent through feedback, growth opportunities, and leading by example.
