Job summary

Affim is seeking an experienced senior leader to own the Financial Systems portfolio, guiding data, technology, and reporting across ERP and EPM platforms. You will drive a multi-year modernization, enable global growth, and partner with Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will design integrations, set governance and security standards, advance CI/CD practices, and mentor a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and operating enterprise ERP and reporting platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM across multiple cloud platforms.
• Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs and modern data integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of financial systems and integrations.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmaps for ERP/EPM platforms.
• Architect scalable data pipelines spanning ERP, data warehouse, and reporting.
• Partner with executives to align priorities and create a shared roadmap.
• Establish governance, security, and data quality across financial apps.
• Implement automated deployment and release-management processes.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
