Job summary

Affim is seeking a Senior Financial Systems leader to drive modernization of our global ERP and EPM platforms, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Accounting to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. You will own architecture, integrations, and deployment processes for finance systems and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP/financial platforms at scale.
• Develop integrations between ERP and EPM platforms to support close, consolidation, planning, and reporting.
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP/EPM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development across financial systems, including architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, and production support.
• Architect scalable data integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and accounting to ensure sustainability, risk management, and clear roadmaps.
