Job summary

Affim is seeking a senior leader to own and modernize our financial systems across ERP and EPM platforms. You will shape architecture, drive scalable integrations, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, compliant financial data and reporting.

The role emphasizes cloud transformation, governance, and building high-performing teams in a remote-first environment, with opportunities across global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading design, implementation, operation of enterprise ERP/financial systems at scale.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms to support consolidation, close, planning, and reporting.
• Proficient with REST/SOAP, NetSuite SuiteTalk/Script, Oracle/I",

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including solution architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP/EPM platforms driving cloud transformation.
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, and reporting systems.
• Partner with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap for Financial Systems.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and accounting to ensure technical sustainability and manage dependencies.
• Define and advocate for effective technical solutions and operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Own your team’s operations and ensure monitoring, playbooks, and on-call readiness for business continuity.
• Establish code review standards and drive quality through strong written and verbal communication.
