Job summary

Affim is seeking a senior leader for Financial Systems to own data, tech, and reporting across ERP/EPM platforms. You will modernize financial systems, drive cloud transformation, and scale integrations with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and related tools.

You will partner with VPs and Directors, shape a technical roadmap, and ensure robust governance, security, and release processes while developing high‑performing teams in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP/finance platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM for close, consolidation, planning, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, and financial planning processes.
• Proven ability to build scalable data models, transformation logic, and audit trails.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across financial systems, including architecture, design, config, and deployment.
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP/EPM platforms.
• Architect integrations for ERP/EPM, data warehouse, HCM, and reporting tools.
• Partner with executives to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Accounting to manage risk and trade-offs.
• Own operations and availability, monitoring, playbooks, and on-call readiness.
• Establish code review standards and drive quality beyond the team.
• Develop talent and coach growth opportunities within the team.
