CoolIT Systems seeks a Field Service Specialist to support deployments, maintenance, and field support of CoolIT products worldwide. The role includes on-site and remote installations, training delivery, and coordinating field visits with service providers. Travel up to 65% internationally is required.

Minimum 5 years in a service/technical role with strong knowledge of cooling loops, pipes, and related systems. Valid license and passport are required. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Service Specialist or equivalent technical role with project workflows.
• Red Seal/Journeyman Certification in pipe trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Steam Fitting etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Technical Cooling System Loops and various loop configurations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to document work per processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; valid driver's license and passport; eligible for international travel.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site and remote installations of CoolIT products.
• Provide technical support to ASP or End-User on-site technicians, including Tier 3/4 data centers.
• Deliver training to customers, service technicians, and internal staff (in-person or remotely).
• Follow established service processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Authorized Service Providers as needed.
• Coordinate and dispatch field service visits with end-users and providers.
• Complete accurate service documentation and testing records; ensure EH&S regulatory compliance.
